and confusing user app. You go to a link and it says, view your documents, thinking you are going to get to see your actual policy, but it opens to a whole new page of more links. I want to be able to access my policy quickly and efficiently. All the other links are secondary to the most critical piece of information I need; my actual entire policy and all attachments, schedules, addendums and amendments. This site cost me a legitimate payable claim ; that was not paid at reimbursement costs, all because I was not able to access my policy and catch a typo that someone had miss- entered into my policy data. My claim would have been paid at reimbursement, but because I was not able to get into my policy and catch the data entry error, Travelers denied paying the legitimate claim. Their answer to me was you lose, we win, because you failed to catch our data entry error. A typo was entered and my 12 year old roof was entered as a 22 year old roof. I failed to catch this typo, so Travelers answer to me was ; “you snooze you lose”; we don’t have to pay this valid claim because you failed to catch our data entry error. I ask, why is this app such a challenge to access critical, costly information!!! Bad, bad app!!!
