  • Impressive savings nobody can beat them!

    After years of overpaying, I came across this company and was in shock at how much I’ve been overpaying over so many years my rep was awesome. I’m so glad I found this company and will not be going anywhere else. I highly recommend coming from someone who has tried a few different policies for many years and these guys really care about you and not just your money. The best customer service I’ve ever had. I would give 1 million stars if I could.

  • How about actually make it useful again.

    Whether in the App or in browser, my zero balance in browser shows it needs attention and I must make it good balance owed before I can schedule a payment. Todays date only one that is displayed as greyed out of picking a future date. So in App or browser I can actually pay REMAINING BALANCE in full the current day. No other choice. Years ago all was working great. Now for years it hasn’t. My reviews either are ignored or IT whatever doesn’t care to make paying the bill work seamlessly. It’s not my device’s fault nor is it mine. Do you even check prior to see if all is working? I don’t want to WAIT till Travelers actually shows a balance besides zero to see if I can schedule a payment and not told balance is past due and forced to use current date if I want to pay. Somebody at one time had the right idea. I may not can fix it but I sure can tell you what is wrong with this horrible app and the website itself.

  • Worse Experience Than I Can Imagine on simplest claim

    I drive a $70K new car and one month after I switched to Travelers, my car was hit by a neighbor’s car while being parked (I am not at fault).
    The specialist 1) forced me to personally obtain the police report (threatened that I’ll have to wait for 30 days if he helps to obtain it);
    2) hinted multiple times that it all depends on whether the other driver admits or not (refusing to determine the nature of the accident based on all the evidences I provided, refusing to even find out about the other insurance company);
    3) arrived at an estimate way too low (paint is exclusive color so won’t be cheap) and expected me to just pay out of pocket deductible to cover for it;
    4) closed my claim without obtaining the other driver’s identity and insurance company (told me initially that it’s not showing on their system), before I received police report and had been ignoring my communication since I forwarded them the police report.

    I wish to be contacted to discuss my claim, my customer experience and the behavior of the specialist on my claim

    I am also planning to remove all my policies (2 cars, 1 home) from Travelers
