The HiRoad app uses the smart technology in your phone to measure your driving. The better you drive, the better your scores. The better your scores, the bigger your rewards. And, with the HiRoad app, you have the ability to improve your driving each month by following our driving tips. The HiRoad app also lets you view your policy, pay your bill, file your claims and more, all from your device. How does the app know I’m driving? To earn rewards, you’ll need to record and classify your trips in the app. If you’re driving to work, you’ll classify your trip as “driving.” If you’re taking the bus or using rideshare, choose “not driving.” Do I need to use the HiRoad app? To earn rewards for your driving, yes you need to use the HiRoad app. You’ll want to check the app regularly and review all of your recorded trips. Where can I get HiRoad insurance?
