Potential? Depends on the devs…
I can see the concept of this system if it was to work as desired. Many of the features are not effective or efficient. For me personally other than the battery dying or not having my phone, what I would recommend are a small couple of changes.
- Add widget support which doesn’t launch the entire app and take forever to load
- CarPlay compatibility. Instead of pulling out my phone and all while in the car, it should be able to pull it up on the dash as I’m driving up to the gate of my garage.
- Fix the Spaceship door feature. Haven’t had any success ever with that.Show lessOfficiallyRey
Not good
Hope you’re not being chased by someone while trying to enter your complex. What should take a second or two takes sometimes 10+ seconds to actually perform the action you want. On top of that, the app is horrible, saving favorite gate entries is a pain and UI in general is trash. All in all my frustrations come from the fact that this takes long, if you’re on spotty service, or if you have an outage with your carrier or if there is a bad storm, good luck waiting in the rain!

Somehow has gotten worse
My complex switched to this app 2 years ago. It was a little frustrating at first but I got used to it. However the last few months the software has gotten so much worse. Anytime I connect to a lock it takes 3 times as long to connect as it used to and on top of that once the connection is made the app will always crash. Please fix the app The amount of times it crashes on me throughout the day is ridiculous. Spaceship mode has a mind of its own on top of that. like I said, it was fine at first, but as of the past few weeks, it is starting to become downright unusable.Show lessTheDoubleG01
