  • “Pay now” tab and balance disappears.

    The “Pay Now” tab and balance is not always displayed, making the customer assume there’s no bill to pay. At times it is only displayed for a few seconds then disappears, not allowing you to click on the “Pay Now” tab.
  • Not helpful

    Inspite of receiving and paying for electricity from IID the app won’t let me sign in because I reside in Sky Valley Resort and probably covered by Sky Valley Resort account. The app should allow access to certain functions calling in or learning about an outage. It won’t allow me to sign in, so I can’t use features for outages. App bad.

  • It’s painfully slow

    Upgrade your servers please. This app lags anytime I go to billing

    I should be able to pay any amount

    I think it’s wrong to charge an extra amount to pay our bill on the phone on the Internet. I don’t know anybody else that charges to pay extra online it’s not right.

    Every time I logon, I could never see my current bill like what the amount due is never I know I’m on a payment plan, but I can never see the current.

    Unfortunately, the current format of this app isn’t very useful. At a minimum you should give your customers the ability to track their energy usage daily. Recommend you hire a better Application Designer.

    The developers need to go back to the fundamentals of testing. Releasing an app that hangs on the launch screen is sloppy.

    I have downloaded this app numerous times. I have an iPhone and it will not open. What is the problem.
