App does not work
I downloaded the app yesterday (version 2.0) and when I open the app, it promts me with a system error and that I need to update to version 2.0. It stuck on an infinite loop of error prompts.Nypr125
2.0 Update Buggy/Faulty
Latest 2.0 update is buggy, the last version was actually functional. After the update I’m forced to use the website.0liv3

Impossible to Reset Your Password

The app is very convenient however you have to pay almost $3.00. to make a payment. Wow thanks iid.Officer 107
Still Needs Some Work
This app is useful, but needs some upgrades.
1. On my iPhone the font size is too small when typing a report...and I see small things easily. I showed what I had typed to my wife, and she couldn’t read any of it.
2. The font for typing is not dark enough.
3. The space for typing a report is too limited...120 characters to describe a problem.
4. The app definitely needs a separate link for reporting a Street Light outage like the full- blown website has. That’s a very common problem.
