  • If I had to pick one app

I always wanted an app to do this but never knew what to search for. Now that I have it I can definitively say that it's well worth whatever I paid for it. It's extremely user friendly and works flawlessly. Even just using it every other day or so it's well worth it.

[update] I use this app nearly every day for assembling screenshots of information I’d like to keep and for recipes. Still very little to complain about — this app is even better than it first was actually, especially the ability to add cut points to an existing image and remove things like ads
  • Good but need some features.

It could be great to have this app access when we are in iPhone photo app. Like I am in photo app and select photos which I need to stitch and then from there I can click share after selecting photos to stitch and then it show all those photos in this app and there I can organise which one stay first and sequence them and click stitch. I bought pro version but can’t auto delete photos after getting stitched. So have to do manually. It could be fixed.
  • Initial experience with tailor vs PicSew

When I want to share an article with an appreciative likeminded friend that doesn’t sit with their face jammed up on a monitor all day, will take a quick moment to check his/her phone out for a text.,, it’s a royal pain in the derrière for them to go a link for what they think I’m sending, which may in fact contain a lot of peripheral garbage, I make screen shots and join them for a continuous read.
Tailor will often refuse saying that there isn’t enough overlap for joining the images.
PicSew, even basically unsure just how to make the most of it, it’s intuitive enough to join the images without a lot of lip from what is supposed to make life easier and minimize struggle or getting a headache just to send a friend something to gape at in disbelief or find amusement for a moment.
I’m with PicSew right now since it simply provides my desired outcome in the most direct uncomplicated manner.

Answer me this… why are there no tutorials or reference material to refer to after an app has been installed.? It is a waste of my time to read reviews to find out what it is capable of. I’m so much faster doing things manually and producing an easily alterable original that won’t disappear into the digital haze of an update?
  • Best money I’ve spent

I like sharing the random stuff I find with friends but nowadays it’s really annoying since websites are either locked behind paywalls or spread the info out super long. With the app I can just screen shot all the relevant stuff and stitch it together. I had it free initially but then I did the upgrade and it’s the best use of my money on the App Store in years. The base app is great too, even if you don’t want to spend the dollar or two to upgrade.
  • It’s like a Swiss Army Knife for screenshots and pictures…

I’ve been using PicSew for over 2 years and consider it indespensable . Rather than writing notes to myself I tend to just take screenshot(s) or photo(s) and then use PicSew to stitch them together into a single note. Another example is stitching a photo of both Front and Back of a CreditCard and/or Drivers License for records. Note to developer… (1st wish) it would be great to be able to export to file formats like pdf, and (2nd wish) be able to take a long scrollshot and then insert PageBreaks in to create multi page PDFs.
  • Far better than other pic-stitching apps

Don’t bother wasting your time downloading and testing out other pic-stitching apps—this one is all you will need, seriously.
When deciding to upgrade to a paid version of Picsew, I had zero doubts, especially because of the one-time charge option... unlike a lot of other apps with their “repeatedly pay X amount per month” deals... Anyways, if spending money isn’t your thing, that’s okay! Even the free version of Picsew is so much better than any alternative.
  • Make it sew!

Very convenient way to stitch together a series of screenshots.

Couple of comments to the developer to make the UX even better —
    — when you hit the save button, there is no indication that it was saved to your Camera roll (the graphic of the porthole filling with water does not make for an obvious connection).
    — I don’t understand why screenshots are not automatically moved up/down and adjusted to remove overlaps, why should we do this manually? One imagines this would be trivial to do with some kind of correlation function. Sure, give people the option to adjust the stitch, but why not start with that as the default?
    — when stitching photos, it would help to allow simple deformations, a little translation, zooming in and out, a bit of tilt sideways and back and forth.
  • Impressive

I spent two dollars on the pro version because it automatically stitched together three screenshots of a text-based conversation which was pretty incredible given that I didn’t try and do anything and just did it on its own. That to me is worth a two dollar purchase if you were going to use this kind of future on occasion. It’s a heck of a lot easier than trying to do this yourself. Worth a purchase if this is how easy it is every time.
  • Wow! I am amazed!

This is such an incredibly impressive, responsive, and well designed screenshot/image editing app. Completely aside the scroll screenshot features. BUT I was desperate to find something as good as Samsung’s native scroll screenshot feature, but Scrollshot far surpasses even that! I’m actually amazed at how easily and quickly it’s able to recreate a prefect screenshot from a screen broadcast. I know the tutorial says to take it slow when broadcasting but I was curious and kept testing scrolling faster and faster and I found I could actually scroll so fast that my feed was BARELY loading and it would STILL reproduce a PERFECT screen shot in SECONDS on my iPhone 12. I honestly feel like I’m living in the future! This app is a bona fide technical masterpiece and the developers should be proud of what they’ve done. $1.99 is an INCREDIBLE DEAL.
  • Excellent app with great easy to use tools!

I was looking for a screenshot editor that was quick and easy to use, but also robust enough to give me the tools I needed for more complicated use cases!

Picsew was exactly what I was looking for and more! I’ve used it for not only screenshots, but also for sharing information from documents without exposing sensitive information that needed to be kept private. For example, I was able to send a coworker’s driver’s license information without revealing her address, height, weight, etc. to her recipient. She only needed to show proof of having a valid driver’s license and she was able to do that, and only that.

Keep up the good work devs!
