  • Favorite Utility App

This is my most used tool app. By that, I mean something that I use for a very specific purpose that always cuts with precision and gets the task done in the most efficient way possible. It nearly always auto stitches correctly, unlike other apps. And even when it doesn’t the interface for adjusting the overlaps is extremely friendly for use on a phone, allowing excellent precision when using a fat finger. Truly marvelous!
  • The Real Deal

I was looking into stitching apps and noticed many people complaining about various apps inability to auto-stitch due to not enough overlap. Those apps were free but after reading the reviews for Picsew I took the $.99 risk and glad I did.

What makes this stitcher so great is the manual control. It is fast, easy, and intuitive. You have the option to delete the screens used to stitch your new image when saving. Saving doesn't crash your phone, I did not have to give a review before it would let me save, the save goes straight to your phones album, and it gives a share option after saving.

This level of functionality, slickness, speed, stability, and options are what we all are hoping to get when we open a new app. This one actually delivers and for me paying $.99 was much cheaper than dealing with free amateur headaches.
  • So easy

I don’t really write reviews, in fact I hate writing reviews and I usually don’t bother, but this app is amazing. I was using another app for awhile that you could “stitch” three pictures together for free and I liked it okay but the ads were annoying and you had to pay 2.99$ for the full app. Well one day I was using it and an ad wouldn’t let me close out so I searched for something else.

I found this app and at first I didn’t want to bother paying .99$ for an app but I read some reviews and I decided “Hey, why not. It’s only .99$” I’m so glad I did because I use it at least once a day and it’s so easy to use and I highly recommend it. I absolutely love it and it was definitely worth the small amount of money.

tl;dr It’s a great and easy to use app.
  • Fantastic!!

Normally I hate buying an app like this without being able to play around with it first, but after a couple positive reviews (outside the App Store), I decided to give it a shot. That was the day I fell in love with this app! The automatic “stitching” of pictures is almost always perfect, and if you’re doing a scroll shot, it’s automatic with one tap of the finger. This is far and away the best app I’ve used to join pictures together, and it was well worth the price!
  • Just works for the most part

Picsew does well at automatically stitching my screenshots together. I’ve not yet managed to confuse it, which is more than I can say about some other apps I’ve tried.

My only complaint is that its crop tools are weirdly unintuitive — choosing which edge you’re adjusting and then scrolling the entire screen. It’s so far removed from the normal tap-edge-then-drag model that it took me a few minutes of thinking it was broken before I worked out how it wanted to be used.
  • to all my fellow screenshot junkies ♡

i’ve tried so so SO many of these types of apps that promise to let you "connect" your screenshots & etc. but truly, this one is the only one that doesn’t crash every 30 seconds & really (!) does (!) work (!).
i’m still navigating myself around the app & trying to figure out how all of the different tools work, but the "sew" 🧵 (if that’s what you want to call it) tool (which can work horizontally too, btw) works effortlessly & easily as soon as you open the app. just select those pictures you want to connect & there u go 👌
like, finally, all of those insane screenshots i’ve collected for reasons i’m still not entirely sure of, can now be stitched ✂️🧵 together!! & on top of that the app will then ask you if you would like to delete (all those messy) source images afterwards.
  • easy, flawless

I use this app mainly for the “scrollshot” feature to make long screenshots instead of having multiple pictures of the same thing. I’ve tried many other apps and none work as well as this one. It never messes up my screenshot, or unlike some apps, it always recognizes overlaps. I’ve never had an issue! The other features are good as well, I just don’t use them as much so have little to say about them :)
  • Really a Great and Useful app! A "Go-To" Daily!

Picsew is one of my few, daily "go-to" apps. It's really easy to use (very intuitive). It flawlessly performs every function that you would expect and want from a "stitching" app. Overall it's pretty advanced in features, yet simple to figure out how to accomplish what you're trying to accomplish.

I haven't seen anything that comes close (and I don't mind paying $$$$ for the "right" app. If anyone knows of one that's even better, please let me know. I don't remember if Picsew was free, but I would have paid $5 to $7 for the app (probably more, so long as it wasn't a reoccurring fee. "Most" of those are BS apps! When will Apple stop some of these developers from charging for an app, only to have the developer remove key features and then offer to unlock them if you pay a monthly or annual subscription fee?
  • Great app/functionality

I frequently need to take screenshots for my job and this is by far the best app I have used for managing those shots. Previously I used Tailor to capture scrolled views, but Picsew is far better. With Tailor it automatically selects the last few screenshots taken—there’s not option to pick and choose the shots you want. Picsew allows me to select just the shots I want to stitch together and gives me multiple options for stitching (scrolled/merged, stacked, and side-by-side). Picsew is far more stable and is geneally easy to use. I highly recommend it as it saves me the hassle of transferring multiple screenshots to my computer and stitching them manually.
  • This. Just. Works. Get this one

I’ve tried a few of this “stitching” apps. Even those featured by Apple. They just don’t work, seem broken. I have no idea why Apple features those other ones. This one works simply, and the way anyone would expect. You select the images and it stitches them. No fuss. And no skitzo automatic photo selection feature that tries to guess which photos in your whole freakin library should be stitched that doesn’t work or even make sense like in other apps. Why would they even think people would want that…. Anyway forget those. This one works.
