Hi, We've just released version 3.3.2 of the app in the last day, you could try that version, however we are unaware of any reported issues with iOS 18 from other users so we'd like to investigate if the issue is isolated. Hi, Your review states that you were having to constantly log in. When you reviewed this app back in February you had an option called "Keep me logged in for 7 days" on the login screen. If ticked you should not have been required to log in again within 7 days. Note that in the latest version of the app, currently 3.2.2, it is now possible to remain logged in permanently by selecting the "Keep me logged in" option on the login screen. If you continue to suffer from login issues then please contact us on support@distinctive-systems.com so we can investigate. Please note that our free to use Driver App has was the result of a significant investment, we would welcome any ui/ux concerns that you may have. Also adding a notification number on the app icon would help in seeing if updates or additions have been done at a quick glance rather than having to log in.

Hi, thanks for your feedback. While we don't currently have face/touch id, with the latest version of the app (released today) it is now possible to remain permanently logged into the app. If you upgrade to 3.2.0 of the app this should work for you. Note: If you are logged into the app when you update that may timeout after 7 days but the next time you log in it should remember the "Keep me logged in" preference. Kind regards.

Hi, To better understand the issue you mentioned regarding the app exiting when swiping please could you e-mail us at support@distinctive-systems.com with further information on what is happening. Please can you include the model of iPhone you are using and what OS version is currently installed. This will allow us to identify the issue. Please note that we have just today released an update to the app (version 3.0.4) which might resolve your issue... We fixed an issue where the app was incorrectly moving back to the previous screen during a walk-around check, as if you had clicked the back button, but had not. This might be similar to your issue, but without further information we cannot be sure. Kind regards

Hi, to answer your points in turn... No 24 hour time - thanks for raising this. The app does switch based on iOS Region setting in Settings -> General -> Language & Region in that it shows am/pm for United States and 24 hour for United Kingdom to give two examples. Australia seems to default to am/pm but if you override the setting to 24 hour in Date & Time in settings it still uses am/pm. We will look into this. Voice in maps - The voice used in the application is out of our control, the Driver App simply opens up Apple Maps which uses Siri's voice configured in iOS settings. We will be introducing other mapping options soon. Jobs that don't complete - Please can you uninstall the app and re-install it from the App Store again. There was an issue during the 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 upgrade which broke this functionality and a fresh install fixes this issue. If you have any further issues then please feel free to e-mail support@distinctive-systems.com. Edit: Please note that the latest verison of the app now shows AM/PM or the 24 hour clock based on your settings in iOS.
