Great app
I’m very new to using service box (~6 months) I’ve been very happy with the app. I do find it a little hard on the phone sometimes. Just checking ahead and trying to go back to the date I was looking at but it always defaults back to “today” and this can be a little annoying.NicDeeeee
Poor app
The actual platform is great, but the app is basically just a glorified link to the website, which itself doesn’t work great on mobile either. Missed opportunity, hopefully they do some more development with it.Skjay10101

Livesaver for field management
We’ve been using ServiceBox for 4.5 years and it’s changed our workflow for the better. Their support team is super responsive when we’re having any issues.

I don’t know what our company did with out ServiceBox! So easy to use. Information on customers and work orders can quickly be accessed. Easy to update customer information.

This app has helped our HVAC company in so many ways. Our techs now have more time to focus on our customers. To have everything in one app is so efficient. From beginning to end ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Right from loggin the initial call to tech logging into the call and recording his timesheet at the same time to recording models and serials of every equipment to invoicing and quote.
