  • Great app for the trades!

    This app blends scheduling, project and task management together beautifully. It’s a great way to keep all employees up to date with photos and notes for each job site and eliminates time loss. In the plumbing trade, it allows us to document and keep details for each service job, and also current information, specifications, and any documentation as well as “to do” lists for new construction projects as well.

  • Sure, it’s unreliable…

    Is it unreliable? Yes. Is it slow a lot of the time? Also yes. But does it look like a 1998 html web page? Also yes.

    If you want a glitchy, old school, unreliable platform from which to run your business, this is your horse. Saddle up.
  • Go paperless and win!

    I have been with two different organizations that we have implemented Service Box. In fact, one of my colleagues took a paper company and implemented Service Box for a second time after checking out other software opportunities. The team at Service Box are open to new ideas, and have been able to pivot as client need to change an increase.

    The newest desktop version of this has added some quick and easy features that make this already into it if Software even more easy to use. Highly recommend it for any company to use.

    Technician retention has become the highest pressure in our industry, and Service Box makes it easy for them to do their job well without the office having to call all the time to find out what the status, or pictures, or work orders, or cost for an ongoing job are.

    The service division I’ve started from scratch in the last 3 1/2 years, I implemented Service Box at the gecko, and we figured out how to run alongside a large enterprise solution that the parent company uses.

    I cannot even sign in on app it wont launch browser and it wont allow the sign in only on website. I cant sign in

    this app is the worst thing that’s ever happened to my life. the most stressful part of my workday is using service box!
