Easily a 5 star rating! Simple, smooth, actually works & it’s affordable! I can’t remember when a productivity app checked off every requirement I was needing. Also, they have in app support chat that also gets a 5 rating because they respond to you in seconds & are amazeballz! I’m Not kidding! It’s almost instant! PLUS, it’s a real person!! Nothing makes an already perturbed person even more frustrated than having to rephrase a simple question/problem over & over to a stupid bot that ends up making me feel like a complete dumbazz for not deleting the app immediately!
My question wasn’t really a problem, but I needed clarification & my customer support rep quickly answered my question & then even asked me if I would like some free credits!?! I didn’t have a complaint or a problem & yet they went above & beyond anything I expected! A+

Great free Faxing App
This is an awesome app.
It’s so easy to use!
It’s almost as easy as taking a picture of a document from a phone. When you go into the app all you need to do is type the fax number and select how you want to upload or scan the document.
When I select scan it automatically takes the photo of the document and it’s not blurry at all. It is very clear and easy to read. By hitting next it just walks you through to the next step just to transmit the fax or to add an optional cover letter if you would like.
You actually see the transmission of the fax by a turning wheel so you know that it is trying to go through. As soon as the transmission was completed I got the news that it was sent successfully.
I highly recommend using this app and will continue to use it myself!

Quick to respond to problems
I had a rating of one star however I have changed it to a five star. They were so quick to fix the problem that I had. I had lost a bunch of credits and they had no problem giving me meant more than I actually needed. So I only took what I was actually missing and left the rest. Thank you so much for your quick reply and an extremely fair solution to the problem

I think this is a fantastic app I’ve tried it so far for the first time it has sent a good fluttered to Oklahoma department I cannot see who I sent it to Butteer as a person that had to collect unemployment two jobs separation finding the government is hard to this free app really helps me out a lot and I did what I needed to do God bless you thank you

Free fax
I searched for hours this morning looking for a free fax just to send one in for possible future use this one was absolutely that and easy to use
Faxing great but missing credits
This app makes it easy to Fax documents. However, some of my credits were missing. I contacted the developer and they were replaced... but maybe not all of them. I sent a couple of faxes since then. My credits are at zero again and I had some left.
Not free and not worth it.
The only part that’s free is your first page which is the cover letter they provide. Then you have to Pay for coins in order to cover the cost.
Completely false advertising. Doesn’t allow free Incoming nor outgoing faxes. But the most deceptive in exploitative part about this common practice is your forced to create an account with your personal information and receive nothing. The only indication was The word “free” is in quotation marks every time it’s listed. The only part that’s free is your first page which is the cover letter they provide.

85% of users worldwide send a cover page and/or one fax page. This fax app is totally free for those users. For the 15% of users that send more than one fax page, you have to pay for the additional fax pages. No other fax app on the market gives you anything for free. And many of them trick you into signing up for subscriptions that charge up to $9.99/per week. We give one free cover page/one free fax page and additional fax pages are pay as you go. Over 90% of our users appreciate this business model and it is reflected in the reviews. I developed this fax app because I faxed my drivers license to a car dealership a few years back and was charged $5.99. I believe sending a single fax page should be free. If a user is not satisfied, I immediately refund them and/or give them free credits to send their fax. Lastly, I do not make any money from this app. We literally break everything because I give away so much.
Wow! So glad I found this!
I needed to find a more convenient way to fax a variety of business and personal papers. Found a winner- convenient, user friendly and a bonus- less expensive than faxing from places in town!

Finally, a fax app that doesn’t play you along to the end pretending to be free and then attempt to charge for the app. This isn’t one of those.
