Not bad, but not good
The good: Moderators do a good job in monitoring chat. Anything that is amiss is removed and players that are in violation are warned or banned.
The bad: game is extremely expensive to play if you wish to be competitive.
When there is an issue, the developers never admit it! The issue is always on the users. They won't extend for VIP time lost. Considering the ongoing cost of the game I would think they could show some good faith.
Matchmaking for games is terrible. It is not uncommon to see one team with a total of 1500 games go against a team that had tens of thousands games experience. The developers match light tank for light tank, medium for medium and heavy for heavy. This usually equates to one sided battles, because they don't factor in experience or skill level.
Additionally, you can see a tier 1 light tank in a battle with tier 7 and 8 tanks! One shot to a tier 1 tank and it's gone. If anyone is using this game for youngsters, it could be very frustrating for them and they could very quickly lose interest. Always see complaints in chat regarding this issue.
Yes there are clans that can be joined, however, the only way to go to battle with your clan mate is by chance. Not good.
Lag has been terrible. Shoot at a tank and a second later it has jumped 30 yards forward. Not sure what is being shot at if anything at all.Show lessWorldofLotus

Really fun game. But when you have premium pay-to-win tanks, they are so over the top that they ruin the game for everyone else.
Whenever these players show up, I just quit the game. It's just not fun.
I enjoy a challenge, but these fantasy tanks, which you can only get by paying "gold", which you only get by paying money, just thrash the hard-earned regular tanks. Where's the fun? You pay enough money, you get to stomp and everyone.
They show up enough now that I'm probably not going to play much longer. It's a shame, because it's otherwise a lot of fun.Show lesscatopower

I was a huge fan of the old Facebook 'Ground Wars: Tanks' game until they canceled it. This is the closest yet. Not sure why, but I can't buy the bundles or new tanks, but probably an error on my part.IronTsunami

Important information
Why is it that high ranking commanders are mixed in battles with low levels, it makes the battle harder for low level tanks. I think there should be levels to it like
Easy
Normal
Hard
Extremely hard
This will make it easier to play, each time a low level tank goes stop battle, they lose.
