This app does not always send your payment through. The last three times were not successful but after multiple attempts. It appears to be thinking through but eventually times out

No communication!!
It would have been nice to know about my rental fee going up, been renting with them for years now, and this the first time I was not informed about the fees going up. Been having issues getting into my storage and no one has tried to help me. All of a sudden my keys doesn’t work, but there wasn’t a lock change. Never missed a payment, reached out to them and never heard anything back. So now I’m left with paying for a lock removal! In order to get into my storage unit!!

Definitely one of the best Storage Unit places I’ve been able to find in this area and for this price I honestly don’t feel any other Storage business’s in the area could stand to this place! “Platinum Storage” will definitely be my choice and I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for Storage in the area!

East to use
The only issue I had with the app was that you couldn’t go back to the list of units you have rented. You have to close the app and then go back into it to go to the individual units. Otherwise good app!
