Too Many Bugs! Terrible Design
App software is extremely Buggy. For several menus it is impossible to return to a previous menu when the system function fails; whereby, causing you to have to crash the app. Had the Dongle for less than 3x weeks and now have to order a replacement. App no longer recognizes the dongle, forcing a reactivation-that does not work. Only help from the company was to write the technical experts who are in the U.K.! I am Out!!!

Bugs
The software is constantly needing to be deleted and reinstalled due to not recognizing the dongle, sync, or the user. It takes more time troubleshooting the app than time in use. When it finally does decide to work be expected to delete and reinstall the apps over and over again the next time using it.

Fix for “inspecting” error
After an apparent update, when attempting to connect to a vehicle, the app continually states that it’s inspecting the Bluetooth dongle. It never makes it past that point. Below is the response Atlantic British sent me to resolve the issue. It’s working for my vehicles now.
ILand - stuck on “Inspecting” issue
Go to Settings on the vehicle menu (the wheel in the top right) and tap the Log Out button
2. Unistall the iLAND app and also uninstall the Autodiag app
3. Search for and install the latest versions of the iLAND app and the Autodiag app from the App Store
4. Once installed, run the iLAND app and login using your normal details. Please don't start up the Autodiag app seperately to the iLAND app as they work in tandem with each other.

Waste of money
Biggest waste of my money. Bought it a while ago, bought a second subscription for another model. Dongle shows active then serial number constantly says inspecting. Will be doing a chargeback.
Hangs up on iso software and stops working
This software worked great at first. Then they did an update or something and it quit working. Called spoke with CSR said to reload software problem still not fixed.
Works
For the price of the odb reader plus the price of updates after the first year..why is this app still scaled on iPad. Makes it impossible to use.
The last update was 5 months ago, at the very least should have been fixed then.

iLAND tool was an EXCELLENT investment & saved me THOUSANDS. Highly recommend!
I was having serious electrical along with air suspension issues on my 2006 Range Rover SC and, for me, much of the problem was a guessing game because I couldn’t communicate with the vehicle. I do almost all of my own work to my RR, and after considering the cost of having a Land Rover dealer address the issues, I decided to purchase the iLAND Diagnostic Tool. I was able to communicate with the vehicle and it was a Christmas tree! I learned that three transmission solenoids went bad and the yaw rate sensor was also bad. These together threw 47 codes! After the faulty parts were replaced, the diagnostic tool also allowed me to recalibrate the suspension and clear codes and adaptations.

Alpha product at best
No documentation. Not all stated features available. No better than a generic odb2 reader for my LR4 ....that was until I upgraded the software yesterday ... now it doesn’t work at all. I love Atlantic British, long time customer ... but this doesn’t come close to the quality of products I’ve purchased from them for over 10 years.
