Reviews of ilift bed control

  • It’s just the worst

I’ve never written a review before but this app is horrendous. Normally I’d be like, oh well, I’ll try an alternative, but this is the only app that works with my bed. It crashes constantly, forgets my device, won’t let me add devices, etc. It’s bad.
  • App works just fine…if you follow the instructions.

After carefully following the instructions in the bed frame’s User Guide step-by-step (photos included) for installation and pairing of the app with the frame, I’m happy to report that it works just fine. If you don’t like using user guides and you are experiencing problems you can also contact the product support help line (at least they give you a number to call — I didn’t use it but maybe they are competent🤞). I did this with my iPhone SE2 running iOS16.3. to connect to the frame. This is a good app compared to some of the other bluetooth-enabled apps for electronics remote control that I’ve encountered. It’s actually as good as Roku’s in my experience. Kudos to the Developers for keeping it simple and providing adequate, detailed, illustrated instructions in a well written 8X11 inch hard copy user’s guide! ** One more thing: The Developer’s website is in Chinese BUT all one has to do to read its content in English is just use the iOS mobile Safari Translator option.
  • Cannot connect to bed fram

Similar to other reviewers, I can’t get past the first screen. It recognizes the bed frame and it connects to the bed frame (I see it as connected on my Bluetooth screen) but nothing else happens. I have tried to find solutions online but have not been successful. When you look for online support for the app, the website is not in English and cannot translate. Terrible app/lack of support.
