Really good Intercom / really poor app / management software
We have this intercom on 10 of our buildings. They’re really good, easy to install when you have multiple studios, offices, flats…
The do the job and are super affordable.
However the app is terrible. When you have loads (20 to 50) different studios on the system, and loads of movement it is REALLY hard to keep track. Once someone’s been entered you do not have record of the info I less you keep them yourself manually somewhere else (like a piece of paper, an excel sheet, etc…)
There should be something possible where the app record what you’re putting on so that you can come back to it and know what number to delete in the future for security reason.
