It’s a love/hate relationship.
I loved playing this game. It was great. But the changes they have made have caused many players, including myself, very unhappy. So many changes have been made that now it costs real money to advance or be competitive. Like so many developers, the had a great game that people enjoyed and then destroy it by making it almost impossible to advance without spending loads of money or making the building times so unrealistic that it’s not worth it which in turn causes you to lose out on the free gifts. Selling xo reacts to help expand, is a constant barrage of having to watch 30 seconds videos. Also, expansion is crazy. When it costs $200 in an in app purchase to be able to expand.....or wait 6-8 months trying to collect items, boredom sets in. New contests come out but overload the system so they end it early and nobody gets anything because it crashes the website. Too bad Big Farm, you had a winner. But I guess your greed took over.

Bait and switch
Started as a fun farming game but morphed into something else. The developers don’t listen to the players and their response time sucks. Don’t even bother.

Great game concept, but I have a list of tasks which basically you have to really drag your feet to do, and constantly bombarded to spend real money. Such a shame. Will most likely delete as currently I need to buy more ground, can’t because I’m on the wrong level, need to place a second coop can’t as no room, and the list goes on. One star as it is a good concept just not workable unless you spend real money. Feel for parents who kids download this. Update will be deleting as realised as I go on things are going to be even longer and wheat is a ridiculous 6 hours. GOODBYE you will be allowed to go fallow

Fantastic
I’ve played a lot of games, and this one is by far the most generous and balanced. Spending is not required to grow in and enjoy the game. The Devs have designed a game, that with strategy and patience, will provide everything the player needs. Yes, you progress faster if you spend, as it should be. Updates bring bugs, but that is the case with every game I’ve played. The Devs respond to resolve them. That is all that can expected. Also, each update has incorporated changes to address player feedback on game modes that don’t work well. All in all, it is a fairly well designed game, that continues to evolve to be better, and is fun to play. Side bar: I think trying to “win” this game is like trying to “win” at yoga. This is more of a “it’s the journey, not the destination” kinda game.

it’s great!!
I think this game is great!! I see a lot of people saying how bad it is because you need to spend money and all that, but I’ve been playing for a year and have not spent a single penny. yes, it’s slow going, but if it were faster it would get boring. I haven’t had any problems with updates, and when there is a problem the producers usually compensate with gifts that are very helpful. overall, I’ve never thought about quitting or deleting the game. it’s my most played game!!

Log on activity
The dot colour is very misleading. Why not use the number of hours since the last log on. If you see 168 as a number you know the member has been inactive for one week.
Also, loyalty points should be rewarded for the hours you log on. You give loyalty to members daily, yet do not get back if they do not log on.
And loyalty points for projects should be according to the contribution, not 100 for the top three and 13 for the rest. You can contribute 1 egg and get as many points as someone who does 1,000 eggs, yet still get the same reward

Worst customer service EVER!
Do not start this game! Hate to say that -it’s a fun game- but the makers couldn’t care less about the loyal people trying to play one of the most pathetically managed games I have ever played! Every update is a nightmare of mistakes and glitches. EVERY SINGLE UPDATE!! I’ve spent real money in this and because it’s SO expensive- I now feel like I’m stuck playing a dud of a game. They don’t listen or reply to feedback and they never apologise appropriately for their stuff ups. They should be ashamed..... but they just don’t care...... sad

I haven't been able to play it since the latest update it won't load fully & the few times it has it freezes when ever you play advertisements plz fix the problem. Have lost lots of gifts, gold, money ect everytime it glitches or freezes & you's never offer free items when it's the games fault . Other games at least give gifts to apologise for the games mistakes

MONEY GRABBING
At first, it seams like a pleasant farming game, but as you progress, it becomes clear, that in order to do this, you will have to spend real money, to expand , each time the plot takes more farm money it literally almost doubles, from the first plot by level 18 you pay a whopping 120,000 farm money animal food costs, seeds cost, , and increases, if your ok in spending real cash on games , this is a cash guzzling one, if not then I'd recommend HAY DAY, not so cash driven, the other down side is the length of time some things take I mean 5 hours for apples and that's after spending farm cash to grow them,

Just a small suggestion.
First of all, I love this game! I just wanted to suggest something. The latest update included daily gifts being added. It’s great, I love the idea. The only tiny problem I have is that it would me much easier to open all of the gifts at the same time. I am on a 4 day streak and I’ve opened four gifts but all separately, having to press the button multiple times. It would be nice just to press it once and all four gifts (or however long the streak is) open at the same time. Other than that,this game is still amazing. I enjoy it. 5 stars.
