okay so it works well worked really well it makes logging DoE hours so easy but a couple weeks ago it logged me out and when i tried to log in again it wouldn’t let me i have tried everyday since and it won’t let me and i know my password is correct because i can still log in on my computer.floatyghost15

I have been having trouble accessing the website version of the record book as it crashes due to it being an unsecured website with possible viruses. I then moved onto the app to see if this would change, however as soon as I try it log in, it crashes and says that it is not secure and can not make a connection. This is not a problem due to my internet connection as I have tested other websites and apps, which work fine.Show lessjhhhhhiiod

Hi, sorry to hear that - can you list some of the errors you were facing? If you did not get the email, your award leader can still approve your registration, the leader can contact developers to check about your email.Not sent back
My assessor sent back my qualifier to write a more detailed report but it never arrived back on my record book so I can't finish submitting itJordanator02

Worked for about two months in the spring, then it just started saying “network error” and “swipe down to refresh” and hasn’t starting working again no matter how many times I redownload the app. I’ve had to go on the website on safari or just use my laptop instead, which is a bit frustrating. It’s been 8 months since I originally downloaded the app.
Response to developers’ comment: no it is still not working at all. I’m able to sign in fine but after that nothing loads and that’s when it gives me the error.Show lessPolar bear rocker

Issues with the hour calculations..
Even after rebooting my phone and turning off the app, it still insists that my Physical Rec. hours is 6, but when I calculated how many hours I had logged myself, it came in at 13.5. Disappointing.Ninjakitty 3434

The progress is not calculated on the phone - it is calculated on the backend. Please bear in mind that only one hour per week is counted to your progress - this is the DofE fundamental rule I bet this is why you get this amount on your profile - ask your Award Leader for more information on this.Awful, doesn’t work. Don’t bother.
Whoever is writing the ‘Developer Response’ comments is either incompetent or a fool. If this app works for the rest of the world but not the UK, then MAKE IT CLEAR that this is the case. The blurb for this app says it works anywhere, which is clearly untrue. What a waste of time.JB5637

Thanks for your praise - the app does not work for the UK because they are not using ORB (hence the app ORB Participant app name) but eDofe. The app works everywhere for all the ORB users.
