  • Very buggy

    My award leader sent me back my Practice Journey to edit it, and now every time I go to send it for approval, the app crashes. Also, I can’t even edit all the things in the overview, for example, I wanted to go change some dates, but all I could edit was the title, so I had to use a computer to do it.

    Hello, we have a new version coming out soon to fix it, it is waiting for IAF to release it - sorry for that, you can send it from the web in the meantime. As for the features missing in the mobile app - you are right the features are limited to the most frequent actions. cheers, jan
  • Pls fix

    Even though I do not live in the uk, the app was working fine until recently, now, after I log on it states that there is a network error and does not show my activities.

  • Network Error

    I don’t understand why the app keeps saying network error. I can totally relate with the others who are experiencing this problem. I guess I will just have to use the online website and keep a tab open on safari for this. I was really hoping it would work. For some reason, when I update my profile pic on the website, it also updated it on the app but nothing else appeared. I hope it will work soon. Fingers crossed🤞

    Hi, we have noticed some participants have this trouble - I cannot replicate since from Europe we seem to have a better connection - if you have still have this trouble write us at orb.support@intaward.org so that we can analyse the problem and resolve it for everybody. Thanks, Jan

  • Doesn’t work

    The app just says network error when there is none.
  • Unique error for just me

    I have previously used this app on my old phone and it’s worked very well. A lot of my friends doing the award also currently use and love the app. Although, I recently got a new phone (iPhone 8) and the app says error and will not load anything. It allows me to log in, but it doesn’t show after logging in. I have tried deleting and re downloading, logging in and out, and i’ve contacted ORB support and it still won’t allow me to see any of my logs or allow me to log anything. I have emailed DoE but I haven’t received any help yet. If you could fix this, it would be amazing. Thank you!

    Hello, your new iPhone is definitely not the cause - it will have iOS 12 like 90% of the users. It will not even allow you to log in?
  • Efficient but limited

    This app is useful for easy logging of Duke of Edinburgh logs on the go, allowing for participants to quickly do their paperwork on the bus or train. I found this very useful however there are some limitations such as uploading documents or photos. It is good to note that this app is not to replace the online version, but rather to supplement it and focus on regular updates of logs.

    thanks for the review - it is exactly as you mention - the app is for you to stay up-to-date but has some limitations because the web version has much more features.
  • Network Error

    I love the Duke of Ed ORB, but it’s very inconvenient for me to use it on my laptop, thus I looked for this. However, every time I try to use this app, it shows “Network Error” at the bottom, therefore not displaying any sort of information. I have tried re-downloading this app multiple times and the results stay the same. Please fix this.

    Hi, does this happen before you log in to the app or after that? We have no reported outages during last weeks.
