  • Rigged games

    Sometimes i dont receive candies i am supposed to for combinations, other times combinations dont eradicate all the colors in the combinations, i dont win unless i use specials, even on easy lvls, when trying to get extra plays to watch ads, often times it says im disconnected from the internet, which im not and i find that annoying, then whenever i have a huge power play left over but i have to watch ads for more moves, the ads freeze, game freezes, so i lose all bonuses and whatever special moves i used to try and win that level

  • Lollipop 2 is a lighthearted, relaxing game!

    If you want a fun game to relax with, I definitely recommend Lollipop 2. Most of the levels are pretty fair, and even the difficult ones are not completely impossible. The game offers decent rewards and it doesn’t cost an arm and a leg if you do splurge on a pack. Definitely recommend it over similar games as I’ve never had issues with glitching or problems saving either.

  • Grrr

    I loved playing until I got to 740. Been on this level for a week. It keeps freezing up and I have to back out every time I try to play it. Please fix it. It won’t shuffle when there is no more moves. Just freezes. Now I’m on 988 and every time I win it will freeze and I have to back out and restart game. I can replay all the time if I don’t win. Wish I could just play it with out it freezing when I win. Don’t even get to claim any of the specific prizes. Please fix before I delete the game.

  • What is going on?

    The changes you made a few weeks ago with having to watch (3) 30 second ads to earn 5 extra moves is ridiculous. And total time to get those moves adds up to almost 2 minutes because you have to wait about 10 seconds before you can watch the next ad.
    The next frustration started on Monday. Every time I win a level, the screen goes to the daily awards tally and freezes without giving me the bonuses I should get and I have to get out of the game and restart it.
    I’m almost to the point that I’m going to delete the game but I will give you one more chance.
    It’s very interesting that you want reviews and yet, so often you are silent after you get criticism. A response would be appreciated.

  • Cheating and other bugs

    First, in the golden league, players have 400+ levels passed in the first 5 minutes ??? Obviously cheating. Also, free items for 15min, etc. never work. And to be honest, every week there is a first try bonus that just gives you a pass even if it’s your 100th try. I have spent a decent amount of money on this game, really feel like I’ve been cheated out of real money. I love the game, but I can’t live with cheating and the rest.

    It’s getting better, new fixes worked.

  • Cute and fun

    While I’m enjoying the game I am still searching for one as generous as Best Fiends. The creators really know how to make a well rounded and fair game over there. More creators should follow their lead. They are fun, beautiful graphics, fun “extra” games, tournaments and most importantly generous and reasonable for prizes and add ons. I don’t mind spending my money on games like that. I’m still early on in playing this one so I’ll see shortly if I’ll be spending money or just moving on. Keeping my fingers crossed and I’ll update later on.

  • To many ads

    I am loving the game but to many ads. It stops play to run an ad just about every other board. I paid the money to remove ads and after 2 days the ads starting popping up again. If you are going to limit the time of “No ads” when paying real money you might want to put a warning on it. If I knew that it would not remove them as long as I have the game I would not have paid the money to remove the ads.

  • Paid for items and didn’t receive them; no solution from customer service

    I contacted customer service regarding the premium pass I PAID FOR but didn’t receive the timed rewards at all. There were rewards I paid for and earned while playing for 15 (1 of them) minutes and 30 minutes (2 of them) that never showed up as I kept playing. I never received the rewards at all. I asked for a refund but they say they can’t issue a refund because I bought it through the Apple Store. Okay, fine. I’ll contact Apple. But here’s the thing. I didn’t play the game for a few days but when I opened the app again I got a pop up showing I received 2 rewards for 30 minutes time. Well, guess what? They didn’t show up either!!! So, if you play this game don’t buy anything from them. Because you won’t actugwr everything you paid for. That’s THEFT!!!

  • Constant bugs & horrible customer service

    ***I very rarely post negative reviews so when I do, that means it’s pretty bad***

    Delete this game if you experience any bugs because customer service will not care, give you the runaround and take days to respond!

    I have been playing this game for a few months and been dealing with Bitmango ‘customer service’ almost as long. I do not receive the timed power ups when I earn them nor when I pay for them. I’ve done my due diligence and yet, every time I contact customer service with details and pictures, it takes days for them to respond and, when they finally do, they ask for details and pictures. Like the details and pictures I already sent. Then they ask for dates and proof of purchase(s), which I screenshot and send, and their response is to say , basically, that I did receive what I paid for (which I didn’t) and to shoot me a couple of rainbow balls and a few measly coins as a ‘thank you’ for all of the money I’ve spent in the game. Wow.

  • Fun game

    I enjoy most of the game but, I hate how much they try to push through so quickly that I sometimes hit the extra point’s and such, that I don’t have time to decide, and end up almost paying accidental. To me that is overly pushy and aggravating.
