  • Not good

    When you initially sign up you are given a certain amount of credits. I noticed my credits had dramatically went down without me even using the app. It looks like someone was able to hack into the app and make calls from the number I have. Calls I never made such as at like 1 AM and so forth. I am asleep at that time. Yes, their customer service is not good at all either. You have to message through the app and hopefully receive a response and you don’t know when.
    Also, my number was changed without my knowledge. I had to request to have my same number back that I initially started out with. It took about a week to get the number back and again they can change your number at any time.

  • you could lose your number anytime

    i lost my number suddenly. i believe that most users try to rely on one number. when you need the number for verification, losing that number makes the app useless.

    also i lost all 500 of my credits and saw some random text messages and call history in a random language on my app. im not sure if this app is secure. or if other people share the same number as me

  • Over zealous anti spam

    Try to send an email address to someone and got suspended for spam. The app is nice but this feature is excessive and the appel system is clumsy at best
  • Be careful when you purchase !!

    When you purchase this number, they charge you right away. If you want to transfer the number within the family , it is not possible.
    When you have a second number , you expect some flexibility, correct ? Worst experience

    Hello! The app has phone numbers available for the following countries: the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Puerto Rico, Israel, Estonia, and Poland. This information is available in the app description in the App Store. You can still buy a number from any of the countries that are available, even if the country where you currently live in is not on the list.   • Swamp with scam calls

    Don’t get it, I got like 20 scam calls in 5 minutes

  • Calls not coming through

    This is the second time i have had the issue, I pay a lot weekly and on credits to use. My phone isn’t ringing and the calls go to the missed call log, I cannot call out this time either. I deleted and reinstalled the app and now my phone will ring but when i answer i cannot hear anything but it takes my credits. I love using the app because i need a US number but for how much i am paying i would love for this issue to not keep arising.

  • DONT USE THIS APP!

    This app is the worst app I've ever used and the worst customer service and the worst overall service. First I was signing up for this and it was there was a monthly option or you could pay for the year. I chose the monthly payment plan and they ended up charging me for the whole year, which doesn't make sense because I did not choose that option and they just changed it and I had been using this app for months before and i was paying a very affordable price. They must've changed something by membership because it changed. Even after I pay for the whole year, which was not my intention nor could I afford that time, but I had no choice. I still cannot use the app. mind you immediately after my payment went through I called and tried to cancel my membership, they wouldn't allow me to. They're saying sorry there's nothing we can do so. I had to call Apple, which couldn't do anything because I don't remember the reason they couldn't.

    At the end of the day ended up paying this app for the whole year and because I canceled it in, which would expire in one year because I paid for it I couldn't use it. I couldn't make phone calls or text. And there's no customer service to contact to remedy the problem so app is terrible and I don't understand how these people are still on business

  • Don’t bother getting this app

    If I could leave a zero star review I would, after paying for the subscription which is around £10 per Number. I tried to select the number in the country that I needed and there was no available numbers within that country. After reaching out to customer service they say that there’s nothing they can do about that and our refusing to refund me my money, though I did not get to use their service as they didn’t have any numbers in common countries like the UK and the US. The subscription was cancelled within five minutes, but there’s still refusing to give back the money. There are many better apps that you can use to get a second number.

  • Problems with business line and no one to help fix the problem.

    WARNING!!! Do not use this app!!!! I use the app as my primary business number and we have invested a ton of resources to having the number added to all our trucks and trailer for our customers to contact us and with plenty of credits on our account that shows active but the line does not work! We can’t make or receive calls through the app and when you call the number it says the number is not available. I’m seriously reconsidering my decision to use this as my business phone number because now that I have so much invested in advertising the number only to have problems is like throwing my money and business reputation down the toilet. It’s beyond frustrating to say the least. I’ve tried for three days to get ahold of someone for help and nothing.
