    If you click free trial they will still charge you

Our app clearly displays all subscription-related information when offering subscriptions, including free trial duration and the price/length of auto-renewable subscription that follows free trial. Our customers are advised about subscription conditions beforehand with full transparency. Our app does not start any subscription without user's approval - it is impossible to start a subscription without the user's confirmation.   • Problems with business line and no one to help fix the problem.

    I use the app as my primary business number and we have invested a ton of resources to having the number added to all our trucks and trailer for our customers to contact us and with plenty of credits on our account that shows active the line does not work. We can’t make or receive calls through the app and when you call the number it says the number is not available. I’m seriously reconsidering my decision to use this as my business phone number because now that I have so much invested in advertising the the number only to have problems is like throwing my money and business reputation down the toilet. It’s beyond frustrating to say the least.

  • App came to the rescue

    recently going through some hardship. Phone is temporarily off and needed away to keep a line open for hopefully job offers and this app has helped me do that. thank you guys a lot! only recommendation is if we can buy credits with pay pal or other money apps instead of just apple would be very helpful. Besides this app i recommended to other friends that are going through hardships aswell. Thank you guys

    This must be one of the best apps I’ve had I’ve tried other systems and I don’t work this one works perfectly yes there has been a few problems when they upgrade however everything is sorted out rapidly I’m very pleased with it and very pleased with the customer service however sometimes when it goes wrong it’s very difficult to get someone to get it up and going but when they do it’s excellent, I have noticed the English wording and American wording can mean two different things so sometimes messages are stopped because of the content, but it’s not rude in the UK, but it can be in the USAother than that, no problem

  • Don’t understand how it works

    I found it difficult to get how this app works. I’ve tried so many times but all to no avail.
    Since I subscribed, I haven’t use it for once… so sad 😢

  • Unauthorized charges

    After cancelled subscription, this App kept attempting charge the account, even order was cancelled. Unfortunately, even order was cancelled, somehow they bypass Apple’s system and mislead Apple so Apple believe the order is going through and Apple will start collect payment in behalf of merchant. What a pirate!!! Charge for a cancellation!!!

If you canceled the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, then your account should not have been charged for renewal.   • AVOID!! Escort websites using same numbers!

    Massive scam! Said that it would cost £9 a month, billed me weekly without me realizing it until my bank account said I had insufficient funds left! There is NO transparency here with this app and the costs involved! You have used false info to lure customers in and you take money without us even being aware! Your stupid app has cost me nearly £40 for one month!! This is daylight robbery! Absolutely unethical! If you get a number from this app you will also be sharing a number with someone else! They say it is impossible that this I happening but I assure you it happened to me and many others who chose this app and used a number via this app! I am now unable to change my number on WhatsApp as it says the phone number used (2nd number) is already being used on other phones! This company are blatantly lying about it not being possibly to use a phone number with more than one person!y second number is actively on escort websites and on WhatsApp groups and is used by others! I kept receiving messages from strangers asking if I was an escort as the number was linked to an escort web page! Honestly one of the worst experiences! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

    Hello! Active numbers can't have multiple users simultaneously. However, our app doesn't generate new numbers but offers numbers from an existing pool. Regarding the subscription, our app doesn't offer monthly subscriptions; we only provide weekly and yearly options. It seems you may have chosen the weekly subscription plan, which led to the weekly charges. This information is clearly displayed when you select your subscription.   • 2nd review! Just horrible!

    They need to fix their bot generator for the word policy. I’ve been banned twice now for subscriptions I’ve paid for and extra credits I’ve paid for. This time I was banned because I told my friend I was having a potluck at lunch and the drug representatives come in and try to sell medicine to the doctors so we get free lunches often. I got immediately banned because I said drug representatives. If they can’t read a text and interpret that I was not talking about illegal drugs this app has many issues to figure out. I want my money back or my number unbanned asap. I’ve also emailed several times with no response!
