Irritating
Every time I left the app & went back in, even if only for a few seconds, the app would reload completely & not pick up where I left off. Then on the tracking map it also wouldn’t remember my athlete so I would have to search for them again before I could track them. I missed seeing my athlete cross the finish line because of it.

App is useless compared to the website
Opening the tracking page doesn’t show “followed” athletes unless you go to another page first.
Heaps of splits missing.
More info, better graphs, better maps available on the event website.
Finish line is a YouTube stream so app is compeletely pointless.

Shine for us remote
Following half marathon sending energetic vibes to the 3 girls I know participating this yr. As a mum, new to this app world, but I find it amazing! Amazing that someone brilliant thought to develop it to keep me in touch, extra amazing that our younger gen commit with such guttso both doing n supporting, super amazing that I working out how to ‘follow’. Job well done to all of us for making this world a more amazing place to be in !

Event feed not working on IOS
Last few updates seem to have broken a number of the functions on the IOS device . Event feed doesn’t work at all, it just exists the entire App. Latest update has resulted in the bottom menu disappearing.
Crashes when you try to open the event feed.

Missing Team Members
Before the event you could search for an athlete in the athlete tracker and if they were in a team it would find them and show the team and all the team members. After the event it stopped working. You can only search for a team by name (if you know it) and when found it wouldn’t show any team member names. Why the reduction in functionality?

Horrible App
This is extremely disappointing. I was hoping to track a number of friends today and the app doesn’t work. My advice to people is to save yourself time and frustration and don’t get this app
Disappointing app for IMWA
This was the only app for tracking athletes and I am disappointed this year. Have been using the IM tracker app which has had glitches but not as bad as this one. Took ages to load any data initially and now the leaderboard is completely wrong. MPro has M18-25 results and FPro is the same . Each age group is the same all the way M40-44 shows for M35-39. This means there is no way to see the female pro results.
As a tracker in Australia we still have a very very long way to go.
