App not supported anymore
I don’t think this app is supported anymore. When you click on App Support it take you to a website selling cups. It hasn’t been updated in a long time. The app stopped working today.Awaw1111

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The app, if you can ever get it to load, freezes constantly. It’s basically impossible to review previous footage. I wish they would an update, it’s been as least a year. I’m going to contact the camera company and see if there a new/different app to try. If I get anywhere with that I’ll edit and add information.Show lessQuesolady
The app need to update
After update the camera to newest version, the app stop working, always shows progress but can’t see any movement in the screen. However, I download the HiCam plus in the Android device, the app working well.Yfjuan86
This needs to be fixed
I’ve never written a review for an app because usually I just don’t care, but this app needs to be fixed! In order to check my camera I will need to close the app countless times and reopen it because it’s constantly crashing. When I can connect to my camera I’ll get about 30 seconds of moving around before I have to exit and load it up again. I’m unable to view past footage or even speak through the camera. I’ve been waiting for an update that will make this app usable, but it’s apparent that the company really doesn’t care if their app works or not since you’ve already purchased the camera. If I could give this 0 stars I would because one star means it’s performing at a 1/5 but this app DOESN’T WORK!!Show lessAqil415

Constantly goes offline!
Constantly goes offline and has to be reset. Not reliable at all. Wish I could send it back.Ms_PS3
Good App
The app is well done but not without it's flaws. Please fix connectivity bugs and a create a smoother interface. I would love to purchase more cameras but I'm hesitant to do so because of the bugs with the app. This has the potential to be an amazing product and amazing app and I could really see this being a common house hold security device.
Update:
Thank you! Works extremely well outside of a few bugs. One suggestion if I may? Maybe having the camera take a screenshot and save it every hour or so. As soon as you log in, you can tell immediately from the last screenshot whether something is amiss.

This app is so amazing. I can see when my baby is waking up or when she is sleeping. I can talk to her and I can here her through the camera I got of amazon prime for around $45. Me and my baby love it. -Bella D.Bellz_boo
