App. switched location that I choose .

On Truckspot app. wanted to book spot #14 in 6110 Gilchrist,Jacksonville,FL. It was available.
Filled out credit card information. Clicked “Book”.
It switched location to spot #109 at 10688 General Avenue, Jacksonville.

Not user friendly

This app is not at all user friendly. It does not allow me to open the gate from my phone. You need to be a tech person to navigate the app. There is no place to cancel a reservation, and it continues to charge my card

Very confusing.

Very confusing, downloaded app, made reservation for two nights, arrived at location, gates are open, found my spot, no one in site to ask anything. Called customer service, they just tell you that they leave a message to the office, and I’ll get a call back right away. No one called. And idk what to do, they charged me money but it’s still confusing and scary to leave a truck here, gates are open and I’m not even sure if I did everything right, absolutely no one to help
