Not user friendly
This app is not at all user friendly. It does not allow me to open the gate from my phone. You need to be a tech person to navigate the app. There is no place to cancel a reservation, and it continues to charge my cardTruckspothero
Very confusing.
Very confusing, downloaded app, made reservation for two nights, arrived at location, gates are open, found my spot, no one in site to ask anything. Called customer service, they just tell you that they leave a message to the office, and I’ll get a call back right away. No one called. And idk what to do, they charged me money but it’s still confusing and scary to leave a truck here, gates are open and I’m not even sure if I did everything right, absolutely no one to helpShow lessRoman19871

Don’t waste your time find a different place to park first of all you can’t get on the telephone. I lost the days worth of parking because there’s no signs that tell you how to get into the gate I had to wait till the next day and somebody that I know that parked up there at one time to tell me how to get in there, I’m still waiting for somebody to call me find someplace else. It’s really in the parking. This is not the place.Show lessm nyob

Very buggy does not function as intended
This app is very buggy on ios. Giving error string codes. Entire buttons and functions not working. I honestly think what is worse is their website does not allow purchases of spots. They recommend you to use the app via a link. This is a problem. Even better when you get ahold of the number to call for booking spots. Its the answering service. They only answer the phone and have no idea whats going on the business hours or even how long it will take for you to get called back.Show lessSpaded/Ace

We paid for a spot and cannot get into the gate. It will not connect. The support team is terrible. When you call they say they are getting in touch with someone who can help you and that will call you. We still have not received a call.G&G Logistics
Neat Idea
This is a neat idea, but the app is completely non-functional,I hope the android version actually works, there’s no website to use in conjunction with the app, as in I can’t open a website to use in place of the app, you have to use the app, but the app is completely non-functional on iOS,I legitimately don’t know how this is on the App Store with as anal as Apple is about permitting applications.You can’t enter any information in any of the text fields,Most of the text is missing in the first place, the search function does not work, I personally be worried about putting payment information on an app this poorly developedShow lessMrJaunty
Terrible app
App barely works. If you try to post your spot it will not let you save the dates. The “back” and “save” buttons are nearly off the screen.TrentShauna
