IPAD APP ALWAYS CRASHES & NO VIN ENTRY
We bought an iPad for our new check in kiosk and this App always crashes. I don’t know if CCC don’t support Apple products as they do Microsoft like the Surfaces. But we have to literally remove our iPad from the iPad locked holder we purchased from the lobby every time this App crashes and restart the iPad to make it work again. Not only that there’s no VIN entry box. Or at least I hope the developer look into being able to just scan the VIN using our iPhones (CCC App) once we pulled the customer’s information and we can just go outside to their vehicle and quickly scan the VIN directly to their contact information they have entered through the kiosk. This way we don’t have to manually enter their VIN on our desktop (minimizing errors and saving time) if we can just easily scan their VIN. It kinda defeats the purpose of the check in kiosk if we have to manually enter the VIN on our desktop before we can write the estimate.
