Good but not the best
This app has definitely helped from time to time to see how far my bus is. However, the tracking on it seems a bit “choppy” to me as it is half the time shows the bus in an incorrect place (about 100 meters off sometimes). Anyways, app could use some work, but overall it is still a pretty good app to use if you want to track your bus.

App is pretty good but doesn’t have all bus routes
Tracking is pretty good. Most buses are accurate and it’s useful when I need to plan a journey.
None of the routes starting with 1 are on the app. So if you’re in the western suburbs, you’re stuffed.
Also, it doesn’t allow you to save favourites without creating an account. It’s public transport. We shouldn’t need to make an account for stuff like that.

Fantastic
This app has so far worked flawlessly for me! It is so helpful, because sometimes the bus is running early so I can check and see that I need to jog to the stop, or if running late I know I have a few minutes up my sleeve. The location seems dead right so far. Really like this
Far from the best, but far from the worst
At times a bus shows on the map completely off route. I’d also love to see a feature where you can type a bus fleet number (e.g: 1309) and then it would redirect to the route it’s on
good but…
this is a very handy app but 901 (a very popular line) has been taken off, my bus came early and I missed it! Also if someone loses something how are people meant to find what bus it was on. Super handy just please add all bus lines on the app and this 4 is I’ll go to a 5!!
More accurate than map apps
Easier to plan my trip and don’t need to worry bus arriving late

It’s a very good app and helpful just the 901 and 902 bus routes are not on it at all and sometimes it says no buses are on the route but there is over all good app but it would be good if they change that
Noy Useful
Very hard to see where the tram replacement buses actually are (it will show one as being near Koornang Park, and then when you click on it, the bus icon is next to the Glenhuntly Tram Depot stop- like a km away from the park). It also does not include the Caulfield station stop, or easily show you how long until the bus comes.

Unreliable app and inactive support
I regularly use a Ventura bus can arrive between 10 minutes early and 10 minutes late, so I got this app to better track of the bus, since it’s not pleasant to stand around the bus stop for half an hour, especially when it’s cold. After months of using the app, I can conclude it’s very unreliable. 1/3 of the times I use the app, the bus I’m catching doesn’t even appear at all in the tracker, even if it’s active.
The UI could be better. The bus tracker icon can be two different colours depending on which direction the bus is going, but sometimes there’s a third colour (pink), and there’s nothing to indicate what that means.
I tried to contact support from the app a few times but never received any reply back. I doubt there’s anyone on the receiving end taking care of feedback and queries.
It works when it works I guess, but never rely on it. The one thing it’s supposed to do, it doesn’t do it well.

Love this app sooo much!!!
Omg I wish I had have known about this app sooner!!! I’ve only had it downloaded for a couple of hours but being able to see where the bus is (especially if it’s running late) is so unbelievably helpful!!!
And the option to log lost property is also really nice, I’m the type of person who’ll one day go to get off the bus and forget something 😅😅😅 so having an ability to get it back is such a relief
