This app so far have been amazing. I like that it actually have all the items on the menu uploaded on the app and so easy to change anything if I need any adjustments. One thing about it i would say is that it’s mainly targeted in the Chinese cuisine area. Wish there can be more options at timescathedralbroz

I didn’t really know what this app was till I went in Spices Thai And was informed of it. SOO HELPFUL. Before I would call restaurants during lunch time & it would take me 1 or 2 tried sometimes bc the restaurant’s line was busy or something. Now all i have to do is pick it up when it tells me it’s ready and I save so much time than calling the restaurant on the phoneShow lessceline_bean-1

I wish more restaurants used this app because its so convenient! I was walking around the mall and the line for the boba place Coco was super long! Instead of waiting in the long terrible line and wasting my shopping time, I ordered through the app and went back in 10 min and got my drink! I was super happy thank you NessShow lessthydinh214

I get lunch for coworkers every now and then and this saves so much time. The app is easy to navigate and lets you know when the food is ready to be picked up! Really good if you don’t want the hassle of going through a third party to order.jjkparty

This app is super helpful! I was ordering food for people in my office & just writing everything by hand when my coworker told me about Ness. After installing, just placed the orders through my phone and picked it up whenever it said it was ready on my phone. Saved me So much time!!!
