Plz help :(
Whenever I try to order something or view the menu from a place, it crashes. I tried deleting and redownloading but still exits me out of the app. (Also tried shutting down my iPhone)

For those who like to optimize
I started using Ness a few weeks ago because all of my coworkers recommended I try it out. Due to our short 45 minute lunch break, I always had to scramble to get to the restaurant, order and eat as quickly as possible, and then rush back to the offices. Now, I just order before lunch and have an extra 20 minutes to enjoy my break. LOVE IT!Show lesssoYOUnique123
Great app
This app is seriously awesome! Today, I placed a dinner order for 6PM and it was actually ready at that time! I was initially a little hesitant about whether or not the order would go through, but I received a notification from the restaurant 5 minutes before 6 that the order would be ready for pick up at my convenience. Picked up the food and it was still steaming hot.Show lesskimrates

I’ve ordered through Ness about 10 times so far and each experience has been great. The restaurant staff are very polite and recognize me from my picture. I love how they let me know when my order is ready for pickup. There haven’t been any problems yet.mhsays
Pretty cool app
I don’t trust food delivery and I hate calling restaurants so I’ve been searching for a mobile ordering app for takeout in my neighborhood. I started seeing a lot of my local restaurants put up an orange Ness poster in their shop and decided to give this app a try. The way the menu is sorted is fantastic! Unlike Yelp and Grubhub, I don’t have to scroll endlessly to get to the items I want to order.A-aron O.o
No hassle, delicious dinner
I just had the best experience I’ve ever had with mobile ordering.
After placing an order with one of my favorite local Korean tofu shops, I was notified that one of the items I had ordered was unavailable for today. They contacted me directly and I was able to swap out the unavailable entree with another one and even gave me a side for free! When I was notified as soon as it was ready for pick up and it was still hot when I got home.
It was awesome that I didn’t have to go through a third party or customer service to just to resolve an issue with dinner. I’ll be ordering through here from now on.Show lessdamngoodfood&!
Convenient and saves time
I used this on a saturday when it was really busy and it was so convenient to just pick up my drink and not have to wait in line. Saves so much time honestly, and didn’t waste time in line.
Hope they get some more restaurants so i can use them in my neighborhood.suvelyyy
