I recently brought a kitalbum which i suppose to be listening in kit player. I redownload many times but still cannot open the app.

Can’t recover password on the site!
Great idea but struggling with my account. I’d give it 5 stars if I can even get in, but certain buttons aren’t working and it won’t accept ANY password INCLUDING the suggested passwords. Help!
