Can’t open
I recently brought a kitalbum which i suppose to be listening in kit player. I redownload many times but still cannot open the app.__Tung__
App shows only white screen and was stucked there
When I opened the app it just stayed in the opening screen and was stucked there forever. Can you help me fix it please?Joniipops
Can’t recover password on the site!
Great idea but struggling with my account. I’d give it 5 stars if I can even get in, but certain buttons aren’t working and it won’t accept ANY password INCLUDING the suggested passwords. Help!Derelykz

The app doesnt work w/o wifi?
I recently bought bornpink kit album and try using it with the kit player app, but i realize i cant open the app when im not connected to the internet? you want me to think that i spend almost 30$ for an album i cant play when im offline. WHAT IS THIS??? for clearer explanation, i already connect the air kit to my phone before and i know i dont have connect it again unless i wanna see some pics, mv or lyrics. im just disappointed i cant operate the app if im not connected to the internet. meaning i cant listen to the album if im not connected to the internet. i hope you guys fix this.Show lessCool kidssssss

Hello, This is KiT Team. The installation of the album is required only once. After the installation, the KiT Player requires a very little amount of data for the authentication. A year ago I upgraded ipad to iPad Pro 3 gen. This particular ipad have new USB-C and I connected the USB-c adapter for jack types kit video, and Yes, I connected the adapter first and connected the video jack, it will NOT download. I contacted the customer service, they are working on it. I contacted customer service July 2021. It still is not working.
Disappointed, that they are not keeping up with technical/ software upgrades.
Only reason I even gave two stars is that I can at least watch the concert on my cellphone, but as soon as I upgrade my cellphone, well that will be the thing of the past again.Show lessamazed2001

We tested it with a genuine Apple USB-C to headphone connector and confirmed that it works without any problems. Please try again using the genuine connector.
