DOESN’T WORK
I bought the Kihno Air Kit and it is not connecting!!!! I followed all the instructions, but nothing!!KY619mmm
Won’t even start.
Just got the app so I could listen to EXO-SC, and upon downloading it, I get “Invalid Access” and nothing else. Like?
Update: I can’t do anything the developer asked because it’s a blank screen that says “invalid access” with an “ok” button. If I hit that button the app closes. Weeks later, I still haven’t been able to play my album. Sigh.Show lessHunniverse

This is the worst way imaginable to experience music. It removes every advantage of a digital media player much less a smartphone. Don’t buy one of these screwy albums, especially if you don’t have a lightning to headphone adapter. Even when it works, you can’t hear the music because you have the album connected to the headphone port and it won’t let you switch to another output like BT headphones. Apple should ban this app from the App Store and force the company to give back our money.
In a prefect example of how out of touch this developer is, instead of addressing the obvious design issues with this system, they cut-and-paste the instructions again as if I’m just unable to follow basic instructions. Very insulting and out of touch.Show lessDJfelix512

Sorry for your inconvenience. Here's How to use Headphone jack type KiT. 1. Connect the Lightning to the headphone adapter before connecting the KiT. 2. Then, plug the KiT into the connected adapter. 3. When the player starts downloading/opening the album, please remove the KiT from the headphone jack. 4. I got the X1 Boxing and I tried connecting to it and it said it couldn’t find and I tried it many times, I still like that album and photos but I’m very sad that it doesn’t work95tear.

I have an iPhone 7, and I got the Red Velvet Zimzalabim kihno. I was so excited to use it, I followed all the videos and instructions but it still won’t download. I don’t think the kihno fits inside of my iPhone. I don’t think it has anything to do with the app, I just want to know if it works for iPhone 7?Show lessMac spen

Horrible App for a Horrible Product
I’d give this 0 stars if I could. This app is supposed to be available on Smart TVs, yet it is nowhere to be found on my Samsung. Trying to cast from the app to my laptop is so laggy, I can barely watch one minute of the concert without it needing to buffer, even if I download the video first. The audio kihno is just as bad. You have to have the thing plugged in at all times to even be able to listen to the music. What exactly is the point of that?? I don’t see how this is any better than a DVD or a CD, it’s actually LESS convenient. I would not recommend this app or the product that goes with it. Save your money.Show lessD-Hal
Total waste of money
Once you downloaded the album and you want to listen to it again you must plug the Kihno in every time you want to play it again!! So you must carry that square brick around!!! You can’t even access the photos.DDR_Liu
