Doesn’t even let me use the app
Every time I open the app, all that shows up is a notification for “Invalid Access: Wrong access”. I even deleted and redownloaded and after asking for Bluetooth and notifications access, the exact same invalid access notification showed up again.insomnina

If I wanted an internet-only experience I would’ve opened Spotify Free or YouTube. This is silly. Had I known that KiT Albums require internet access to listen to I would’ve bought the CD version of the album I bought. I don’t think I will be using this at all considering the need to connect to the KiT each time I launch the app so I guess I spent $30 on a box of photocards. Minor bugs
Overall the app is amazing however it’s very annoying when you connect the Kit to the app and have it downloaded but as soon as you close out of it the album is no longer there and you have to redownload it...Xreppsity

KiT app is honestly I great idea. The Kihno albums and concert videos being held on a small device rather than a disk is brilliant in my opinion.
For those that complain about not being able to play the album after a download when the kit isn’t connected should know it states in the manual that it won’t play without data or WiFi and without being connected.
The help/support team are wonderful as well and have been helping me figure out why a kit hasn’t been workingShow lessMissSmith95

I accidentally deleted the kit video and I could not reconnect to it again. The kit said once downloaded, you will not be able to use the kit video on the previous device anymore. It would be more convenient if we could connect multiple times not just ONCE.snoopyzen247

Sorry for your inconvenience. You can download contents any number of times. But It could work only one device at same time. In order for me to watch a Kihno video on my PC I bought Airserver but it did not take its QR so reached out this APP’s developer and in no time he supported me and provided a quick solution to my problem, finally, I was able to watch my video comfortably. This is horrible. I downloaded the app to my macbook to try to watch on my laptop; it has a QR scan code but when my phone scans it, it tells me “The manifest could not be loaded” so I’m stuck watching videos on my small phone screen smh a waste of money.jinssam91
