    So yes bought the album not thinking about the kihno, however it did surprise me lol because I didn’t think it was going to be that nice and pretty!

  • App crashes non stop

    App crashes non stop on latest iOS. Can’t even get past loading screens

  • Disappointed

    I’m really said about this product, I bought the rose kit player and it only worked twice. After that it never connected back sadly. I really don’t recommend this feature save yourself some money and don’t by this format of album

  • Hardly works

    This app needs a lot of work. I was only able to connect my kit to my phone and not my iPad. I don’t want to watch a 2 hour long video on my phone (I don’t have a TV to connect to). And when I try to send an email to the team because my issue hasn’t been resolved yet, the email button doesn’t work. Overall I’m disappointed in this app and that I had to pay $30 for shipping of a little square device that hardly works and it ends up being digital anyways. Just send me a download link ugh.

    Edit: I forgot to mention that no matter how hard I try I can’t login. I’ve reset my password twice and it still says I have the wrong email or password. Very frustrating experience

    It won’t let me connect my old kihno to the app
    I used an adapter but it would ask to connect it as if it was the new version🤦🏾‍♀️

(3) Connect the KiT to the adapter. (4) When download begins, remove the KiT from the device. If the KiT keeps inserted, the sound may not come out.   • Really nice

    As someone who like to get physical albums but doesn’t have a ton of space I love these KiTs. I can take concert vids and albums with me when I go on long trips and stuff which is nice and keep them in a little key ring together. I haven’t had many issues with the app and restarting it usually helps. All in all I recommend this!

  • App just shows a blank screen

    When I open the app, it just shows a white screen with nothing on it and stays like that. I tried it on both an iPhone and iPad. A blank screen is shown in both cases.

  • Why did it stop working??

    The app was working perfectly fine at first but now when I launch the app it says “invalid access” and “wrong access”. What happened?

  • Terrible service

    The app opens up with a dialogue that says “Invalid Access: Wrong Access” please fix as people who have ordered KiNo albums cannot view their products at all!
