Name change still poor
As the title says it’s changed name but it’s still poor. It’s either all online orders only and everything else is based near London. Do you realise there are a lot of people that don’t live and never want to live in london? Do those living further away not deserve offers and discounts too???
Doesn’t work with Starling
Doesn’t let you connect to starling - as soon as you connect it chucks you back to the sign in screen. After that the app is no longer functional and just says “whoops - an error occurred”. This is the exact same problem / behaviour people are reporting back as far 2019 so it seems the developers have no intention to investigate the crash dumps and rectify the problem.

Poor app
I tried to write this review within the app ( but got an error)
The app in principle sounds great, but unfortunately it’s not what’s written on the tin! Like most people I downloaded this app through starling bank. The sign up process is straight forwards, but also a waste of time when you find out there is only 2 retailers near you (I’m in Cardiff) belle italia and cafe rouge! On reading the reviews( over 15months) it’s clear no progress has been made with this app, and tail is only interested in getting sign up’s! I would not recommend wasting your time downloading and signing up, and banks like starling and monzo should stop promoting apps like this until they are fully established like many other incentive apps.

I was hopeful
This app seems out of date. Read some responses here on the app that’s several years old. I would still agree with these complaints.
No good places, not much to choose from, and mainly in London.
Sorry but I got really disappointed.. I hope someone is working to make this app better, I got potential! :)

App: so-so Offers: irrelevant
The app is so-so, some of the user controls are overlapping in the UI.
Offers are irrelevant. Majority of them are for eating out places which is not actual in the times of COVID. Few others are not related to companies you would have hearer off. Did not see single one that would allow me to benefit if I buy online.

I downloaded the app thinking it would be nice have some cash back, but the places that give cash back are really obscure and far away and certainly not worth making a 50 mile journey to save a few pence. How about having places that people outside London have a chance of getting cash back.

If you don’t live in London you shouldn’t bother.
Gave two stars only on the basis it was easy to install on the starling app and the idea is good.
Other than that, there’s no point in using this if you stay in any other major cities in the UK.
3/4 Bella Italia locations (Edinburgh and Glasgow) and that’s it if you live in Scotland - that’s very poor.
Starling should not promote this on their app for two reasons.
Firstly, It only annoys people who download it as there’s nothing throughout the majority of the UK.
Secondly, for the developers of the app. It’s just basically a funnel for bad reviews. People see it on starling, download it, find out that there’s nothing there then give a bad review.
I’d have got concrete offers from companies throughout the UK before I’d launched an app like this.
Other than that, there’s no point in using this if you stay in any other major cities in the UK.

Uninstalled within 10 minutes
It took me 10 minutes or less to download this app, setup the account, check its offering and then simply delete account and uninstall app.
You can say the positive thing is it’s quick setup and linking bank account.
The app is far from ready to be rolled out across UK. Very limited to none restaurants where you are.

Account doesn’t link
I have tried on two separate occasions to link the account to my Starling bank, twice it says it’s connected then disconnects straight away. I thought I would leave it a few months and try again, same thing has happened today. If I go on to the app it makes me sign in again with another ‘magic link’. It makes me do this every single time I click back on the app. The whole sign up process needs serious improvement as it’s just not working currently.

Starling linked ok but won’t link to Monzo at all...
Just saw this and thought I’d give it a go seeing as I use both starling and Monzo but could only get starling to link,I go through the process with Monzo and it does log me in but in my profile the only card that’s visibly connected is the starling one. I haven’t used it yet & it’s already playing up. Wouldn’t mind cash back on all the big shops and supermarkets rather than just a couple of gastro pubs/gourmet burger joints,that’s from NW/W.10 area so doubt there’d be anything in any town in the home counties or wherever. Once they grow it’ll get better and until then I hope they fix log in issues etc,it should be so easy to use that we don’t know we’re using it. Can’t wait for the Apple Card to reach U.K shores as that is that silent background worker with loads of retailers to get cash back from...
