Poor app
The app in principle sounds great, but unfortunately it’s not what’s written on the tin! Like most people I downloaded this app through starling bank. The sign up process is straight forwards, but also a waste of time when you find out there is only 2 retailers near you (I’m in Cardiff) belle italia and cafe rouge! On reading the reviews( over 15months) it’s clear no progress has been made with this app, and tail is only interested in getting sign up’s! I would not recommend wasting your time downloading and signing up, and banks like starling and monzo should stop promoting apps like this until they are fully established like many other incentive apps.

No good places, not much to choose from, and mainly in London.
Sorry but I got really disappointed.. I hope someone is working to make this app better, I got potential! :)
App: so-so Offers: irrelevant
Offers are irrelevant. Majority of them are for eating out places which is not actual in the times of COVID. Few others are not related to companies you would have hearer off. Did not see single one that would allow me to benefit if I buy online.

If you don’t live in London you shouldn’t bother.
Other than that, there’s no point in using this if you stay in any other major cities in the UK.
3/4 Bella Italia locations (Edinburgh and Glasgow) and that’s it if you live in Scotland - that’s very poor.
Starling should not promote this on their app for two reasons.
Firstly, It only annoys people who download it as there’s nothing throughout the majority of the UK.
Secondly, for the developers of the app. It’s just basically a funnel for bad reviews. People see it on starling, download it, find out that there’s nothing there then give a bad review.
I’d have got concrete offers from companies throughout the UK before I’d launched an app like this.

You can say the positive thing is it’s quick setup and linking bank account.
The app is far from ready to be rolled out across UK. Very limited to none restaurants where you are.

Starling linked ok but won’t link to Monzo at all...
