I would give this a better rating as it had been working fine till recently. But for the past week I cannot connect to my account with fb login. It looks like the FB login was not maintained and has been set to developer mode. So I guess all I can do now is throw away my old data and start again with a new account altogether using another login method.

Can't even sign in
I haven't been able to sign in to the app for over a month now, trying several devices. It just hangs on Connecting to Wynd Cloud, but never actually connects. I also can't get support to help me. I have several Wynd devices, both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, but can't do anything with them through the app anymore.

App keeps signing me out every time I use it.
I basically get booted off the app whenever I open it with apple sign on.
I finally have proof of air quality
I’ve tried other purifiers in the past just hoping they’d do what they claimed. I like how Wynd actually gives you an air quality score so I know real time what the conditions in my office are.

I got one for Christmas and they work really well, the app is easy to handle! Awesome work! Love it!
Still no HomeKit support
This app provides most of what I need to use my Halo and air purifier, but it’s a bit unreliable, a bit slow and most importantly, still doesn’t have HomeKit support after promising it for over 18 months. My purchase of their tech wasn’t predicated on HomeKit integration, it would just be nice to have and for them to do what they said they would.

My Wynd max does not stay connected to my home network
There’s no other device in my house that has this issue.
The Wynd max frequently drops connection and then the only way to get it to repair is to factory reset, delete the device from the app, delete the app, reinstall the app, and then try to re-add the device. This process which takes at least 10 min is not guaranteed to work.
The other issue I have with the app is the new “optimizations” feature. We only have one purifier in the house and it just over complicates things.

Good progress but needs better connectivity
This app has progressed nicely but still needs better cloud connectivity. Most of the data is either not recorded or not available. For example, the temperature and pm10 seems to be lacking. The app also does not have any data for the light sensor and noise sensor.
The graphs need better auto scaling as well. If my pm2.5 range is 0-20, showing a graph range of 0-200 is silly.
The Halo needs to have the ability to auto change display screens as well.

Excellent air purifier horrible app
The air purifier works well, however i cannot for the life of me get the app to function and pair with my wynd effectively making a significant portion of my purchase moot. For some reason this device needs to connect to your wifi then create its own wifi for you to connect it to your phone...if the process works it's really overly convoluted and time consuming to just pair the device.

Better everyday
Been with this company since the Kickstarter days and they have come a long way! It was nice when it was just Air Bubbles that had the AQI but now it’s developed into identifying what the pollutant is. Easy to navigate and pair new devices, generates reports for those that might need it. Only complaint is I want to be able to schedule wake and sleep prep times on the app.
