Love the app however the last time I was there the cashier said I had a $3.00 reward and then when I went there to redeem I didn’t have it🤔
Not optimistic
About this app working at all since the feedback is so old. I remember when you could purchase a small cake cone for $.70 and now they cost $2.95. When they cost over $3.00 I’m done even though I love the product. Do you realize you can purchase a gallon of ice cream for $4.99? I can feed all of my grand children, myself and have leftovers.
Perhaps you could costs by just having drive through sorry smaller stores.

I love TCBY
My favorite place for frozen yogurt. I have not been able to use the app in months because has not worked. It loads to main screen then shuts off. So I have deleted it again. So sad because I loved the app. Hopefully, they are working on a new update soon.
