This app seems to have a mind of its own. I do not get any dispatch via the app only by email. This app needs some some work. I’m using an iPhone 8 with the most recent update to the phone and the app too. Any suggestions anyone?Overall it’s okay...
Overall the intent and performance is okay. I always get stuck/ frozen/ kicked out when I’m under a current dispatch and receive a upcoming dispatch... I’ve tried accepting the upcoming dispatch while currently under a dispatch, I’ve tried waiting to complete the current dispatch to accept the upcoming dispatch and same thing every time! Today I departed and completed my current dispatch and THEN accepted the new dispatch AND THE SAME THING as before when I would accept a upcoming dispatch before I completed the current one... the new dispatch allows you to accept it and then goes straight to “History” not allowing you to completely see it anymore or arrive or depart from any of the stops. It’s really annoying!!! Wish someone would fix it. But overall a good app.Show lessDeveloper Response

Last update was bad. I can’t press to the button now to show when I arrived. The app disappears right away. I afraid even update the app.They need to beta
Seriously with each update they seem to break the app, at least for my iPhone X. Now I can no longer drill down into my load offers and have to use another system to get the information.

Since the latest update I can’t see all the info in the notes on my dispatch on my phone. It should either put it on another line or make it so you can turn phone sideways for bigger view.Developer Response

I used to be able to click on the phone number to call the shipper or receiver now I’m not able to. Not convenient at all now.Bad update
After update I cannot see completed trips’ details: such as when you go into History then choose any trip. After that you aren’t able to see when PU and DEL details: when you complete PU and when you complete DEL. Please back up to previous version.What did you do?
I updated the App and can no longer view load info, pick up and delivery locations nor can I upload information to my dispatch. When I click route map, the app crashes. Thanks for making my life more difficult
