  • Simply Amazing!

    I’ve tried several similar apps over the years. None, I repeat NONE have positively impacted my life like Primed Mind. The guided better sleep course alone is worth the subscription. My girlfriend thought I was being dramatic when I was telling her about how good the sleep course is. She tried one course and she said, “...it’s like magic!”. Love this APP!

  • Great visualization

    I have a subscription to this as well as another popular meditation app and use both every day. Been using this for about 2 months now and the other for about a year. They both have a little different focus. Primed Mind is great because it has a lot of interesting visualizations that help you get relaxed or motivated etc. I'm a visual person and often find myself doing visualization during "normal" meditation anyway, so I really enjoy the ones in this app. It also gets really motivating and intense during some of the motivation ones, which will energize you and get you ready to go for your goals. The one I have used the most is the quick "relax now", which really gets me relaxed in only 5 minutes. I do have one concern, which is that my favorite one, "relax now" that was the 7 minute long version, seems to have disappeared or I just can't find it. Any way to bring it back? I enjoyed the feeling of relaxing in that forest next to the lake :)

  • Great Start to My Day

    my sessions always improve my mood & productivity throughout the day. it’s also a great way to get out of a bad mood if you come to a challenge or to get your motors turned on if you come to a plateau in life and need some motivation!
  • Didn’t think I’d get much but I was WRONG

    So I really didn’t think I’d get much out of this app, but I just did the first habits session and I ALREADY feel empowered and incredible. Extremely well done. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone, 100%.

    Big fan of this app and I use it daily to reset my mood, start the day or get ready for a big meeting. Highly recommended!!!
  • Great!

    Despite being an app with some paid content there are still quite a few primers you can listen to for free. It's hard to gauge what effect these have had on me but I do know that I have been feeling and doing better. I recommend checking it out.
  • Great Guided Sessions

    I love this app. I try quite a few different mediation apps and I really like the topics and focus of the app. The pace and rhythm is great. It’s not flowery, there are some good concrete mediations. As someone who is focused on self efficacy, performance and being an authentic self I find this app really serves me well, I always leave feeling solid and focused.

    I’d love the ability to share specific meditations with people I know would benefit from them also. A couples practice would also be a nice feature as my partner and I will often meditate in the mornings but do our own meditation.

  • Perfect for retraining your brain

    This app helps me calm down and then redirect my thoughts to what I need to focus on. I have improved my sleep, my confidence and my ability to get things done. I would highly recommend if your looking to retrain your brain. At first I thought it was a bit pricey, but I broke down and bought the lifetime membership and love it. Only issue is that it doesn’t really work off line.
