Why am appointment if they don’t even show up?
On Sunday night I used the app to make an appointment for Monday at 10am at the salon in Canary Wharf. On Monday I was outside the salon from 10am until 10:30, nobody showed up or even call to at least apologise to me. That’s it, the reviews are bad and I shouldn’t trust them. Don’t waste your time or even the £1 the the app charge you for the “deposit”.
