Created an account and logged in for an eye infection. Doctor video-chatted with me, and using the camera of my device was able to prescribe medication directly to my preferred pharmacy.

I logged in. Setup everything. Was next in line. Waited over 20 minutes. Was assigned a Dr. received notification that they were sorry the missed me. Tried a 2nd time. Kept my phone unlocked and on the demand screen. Waited over 20 minutes. Got a Dr. Received a notification that they were sorry again. So less a star in my book. Service needs help. Took too much time and got nowhere. I will just go to walk in clinic.Show lessdrop nutz

I just paid $50 for a doctors assistant to tell me my ear infection isn’t an ear infection. And to see my doctor if I don’t improve in 5 days. I’ve had enough ear infections to know when I need an antibiotic. Now I have to spend even more money to go somewhere else to get a prescription.
