Nearly empty - not related to HIPAA or PHI
I cannot tell if Physician’s Regional Hospital in Naples, FL is using this. Their website has a link “patient portal” which brings me there, but it is basically (almost) empty. They use “Athena Health” app which has more info. in it. Either the data should be transferred/added/updated in this app to be complete & up to date, or the hospital in Naples, FL should remove/update the link. Why make healthcare more challenging to navigate for patients in general, and in Naples, FL which has a high >65 yrs old population?
Thanks for response from developer. Updating all patient data into the app from the hospital records would not violate HIPAA as there would not be any PHI included. This is not specific to any patient. It is for all patients of the hospital.Developer Response

This app did worked about 2-weeks ago as always it runs very slow but I was able to get my information, now the main page is there but when you click on any of the buttons “Nothing” happens you the developer must fix this now! People rely on this to get their medical records. I will be sending information to Apple fix or remove it. Sad day. 4/16/24 update still can’t get any info and the developer has not responded back yet. They need to fix this now!Developer Response
