Awful
Bought the app for it to not work at all, won’t connect to the TiVo, and crashes frequently. When you go to the app support page, it fails to load. You can’t contact support at all. So that was a waste of money that I guess I won’t get back.

1. Cannot add TiVo with the IP address. Cannot automatically find TiVo.
2. The opening screen works fine, but when I tap Got It, the app closes. Yes, I restarted my phone as well as my iPad. Neither fixed the problem.
This is like buying a lottery ticket. Excited to think it will be successful, only to realized I wasted money. Very very disappointed.

failed to connect to unit
The app would not connect to my Tivo so it is useless. The Tivo app that is free works just fine as long as you sign into your account. Certainly not worth the 5.00 dollars it cost to purchase.

How do I contact support for this App? It works fine but I don’t see a power on/off or volume button. How can it be a replacement remote if these are missing? I will be happy to change my review/rating if I am missing something . Please respond. Thank you !

I have just waisted $5 because in order to set up this purchased remote, I need to have the actual remote to set up the downloaded one! Defeats the purpose of downloading one if the actual one is broken. How do I get a refund
