  • Unbelievably accurate and easy to use

Cannot believe how easy and effective this little gadget is. No tools or technical knowledge needed to set up and the little ‘bot’ runs silently in the background carefully monitoring your water use. It quickly learns your usual usage and alerts you to any unusual events caused by even the tiniest of leaks. Thereby ensuring you can identify and fix issues before damage is caused. Can’t recommend more highly.

  • Great product

I have 2 homes and have experienced a leak when I was not at home. Came home to a $13,000 claim. With LeakBot my mind is more at ease. It already warned me of a slow leak that I was able to fix.
  • It actually worked

Got the device from my insurance company. The system detected and alerted a leak when there was a leak and turned off when the leaks were fixed. Someone fixed the leak at no charge. My crawlspace pipes have some insulation around and it still worked (it’s summer). Really clever system and much appreciated. Would never have noticed one of issues otherwise.

  • Can’t ask for more

LeakBot told us we had a small leak which I was reluctant to believe. No obvious signs of a leak anywhere and I didn’t feel confident in my installation of the device in all honesty.

Having not checked in on the device until we had a leak warning, I could see clearly our water usage and more info on how the device works and how it found the leak. After a search around the house, we found that the washing machine was leaking water and dragging up our wooden kitchen units!

    LeakBot to the rescue!

  • Well done LeakBot.

After telling us everything was fine for many many months, LeakBot emailed us to say it had detected a small leak.
It reassured us & made suggestions for the cause. I worked my way through the possibilities and found the leak at the hose connection behind the dishwasher. A new rubber washer fixed it.
It was hidden away and we’d never have known without LeakBot.
    Well done LeakBot.

  • LeakBot

About as easy as it could be. Found no missing steps or missing guidance. Finished installation in about fifteen minutes including time to change batteries. (I did have to find that on the Web.)
  • So simple, even I could do it.

Clear instructions included in the packaging. Onboarding through the app was smooth. Only problem was between the chair and keyboard when I couldn’t type my password correctly. Set up and working in less than 5 mins. Why can’t all DIY be like this? Thanks LeakBot.
  • LeakBot Install Review

INSTALL NOTE: Paper and App instructions were easy to follow. Only suggestion: for both paper and app, say you will need you home network SSID and password in advance, before beginning the install process, instead of how it is done now, asking for the info During the setup.

LEAK ALERT NOTICE: LeakBot detected a “small leak”. The app walked me through the likely sources and I found the leak; an almost closed outdoor faucet. I fully closed the faucet, told LeakBot I fixed the leak, and the app says to allow up to 48 hours for LeakBot to confirm water usage is back to normal for our household. Pretty slick app!!

  • LeakBot saves the day

We fitted LeakBot and it set up fine. A few weeks later we were on holiday in France. LeakBot contacted us, warning of a leak. Neighbours isolated supply. On travelling home after holiday we found a seepage from cold water tank which had been progressing some time. Bathroom ceiling was saved after tank repaired, just needed a coat of stain lock and new lick of paint. As tank is three floors up in a 300 year old house - LeakBot did save the day.
