A little tricky to physically install
The actual device is tricky to install as the assumption is it is ready to find your water main. Mine is behind a fridge loaded with beer in the garage meaning it was tough to get to as I'm not willing to empty, move and refill the fridge. However with a bit of fiddling we got there. The app seems intuitive and now it's in we wait to ser what it does.Show lessgrocerjackuk

Over two years it spotted two leaks
One leak I would never have noticed without the LeakBot, andprobably never got round to fixing were it not for LeakBot nagging me every few days. luckily both of my leaks were taps and toilets, but a cousin of mine has just had to replace his kitchen floor because a tiny but persistent leak under the floorboards had caused wet rot in the joists.
