Exceptional Bank!
I have been a member since 1995 and have never had a bad experience. I use the Jenks branch the most and l am impressed with the professionalism shown there. The rates are great, the loan officers have always been so helpful and easy to work with. TFCU is the best bank in Tulsa! I recommend it to all my friends and family!Show lessLondonwins

Overseas use
The app works great when in the United States. But when overseas, the app gives an error so I am unable to access my account info. This is an issue for me because I have to travel outside the U.S. occasionally for work and I’m usually there for a few months. If this was fixed, I would give the app 5 stars.Show lessHerrhunt

This place has lost touch with what it means to be a credit union owned by members.
Having been customers for nearly 40 years, this place has gradually gotten more difficult to use for local banking services. Each “new” thing has created more of a chance for us to find other financial services in the area. What a shame. The last straw, verifying out loud in the drive thru my account #, my SSN #, my DOB and then also being asked to provide my ID while trying to DEPOSIT a check. Do better.Show less#MB99

Even when I was down about my situation. They surprised me and helped me out so many times. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. A big Thank Youbobber dog
