We are regular customers and ordered via the app however the printer ran out of paper so apparently they didn’t have our details so didn’t send anything. When we rang 90 minutes later we were informed of this and were offered to place our order then. As we had earned a 20% loyalty discount we asked if this would be honoured but the staff member had to ring the boss. They rang back and we were told no. So not only did they not process our order properly, when made aware of their mistake they made no attempt to make it up to us, and would not even honour the original price of the order, they wanted us to pay more for them messing up!! They have lost a regular customer for the lack of resolving the issue and £3.10(it was the principle not the amount)
