This is a very basic app. I can turn my alarm off and on with it but that is the extent of the functionality. And it’s not a smooth process. There are times I’ve not been sure it armed or disarmed and I have to check back or look for the messages. And what’s with the ‘partition’ references? There are no ‘partitions’. It’s either off or on. You can’t separate parts of the building and arm or disarm separately so just eliminate that language, it’s confusing. Activity in the zones clears slowly. I wish I’d gone with a company with higher tech skills. It feels like 1995 not 2019. The app needs a complete overhaul from graphics to how it works. Bring it up to date for goodness sake. Update 6/17/2021 Absolutely worthless!!! The app has quit working at all. I've deleted it and reinstalled it 3 times and the in accurate and bad information remains on it, and it is totally NONFUNCTIONAL. It will not work. So now I can't operate the system remotely. I think I have three more months left on my commitment, the dealer doesn't know anything about the app so I'm basically on my own. I'll be finding a different system with an up to date, reliable remote interface.Show lessDDarlingDD

Connect2Go needs a facelift
Very basic. Turns on and off but has no smooth UI. Needs A major facelift. Needs better graphics needs touchpad interface. Good for simple on/off otherwise extremely weak and not very helpful.Yoni Itunes
