THIS APP IS GIVING ME NOTIFICATIONS AGAIN, YAY! BUT I HAD TO UNINSTALL IT THEN RE-INSTALL IT IN ORDER TO GET MY NOTIFICATIONS COMING AGAIN!
Don’t bother
It doesn’t give any notifications. You have to go into the app to find out what is going on.

Stumbled across this app the end of last hurricane season. It works great for me on both my personal and work phones.
Needs a lot of work
My notifications from the app work fine, but within the app, I feel like there is no information. Nixle provided a lot of necessary info. If you are going to replace one service for another, make sure your replacement is comparable. This one is not.

I'm not sure why the other reviewers are unable to get their notifications from this app to work. However, I have had no issues thus far concerning timely notifications. As a former Nixle subscriber, I would say that I like this app better as it has more capabilities than Nixle.
No alerts? What's the point?
If the purpose of this app is to notify the public of emergencies and other situations then it's missing a huge fundamental feature - NOTIFICATIONS!!
